If you're not taking responsibility for going out there and finding your five people then where does that leave you? I think it's about first of all finding a common interest so when you're a child it might have been netball or doing a certain sport. Is that as an adult? Is that dancing or is that entrepreneurship or is that fashion? What is the common interest? And then looking for people in that area so where are they hanging out? It's so easy to find now whether it's groups on Facebook or people to follow on Instagram for example we have the society right? So it's a place where female entrepreneurs connect grow and build that's what it's there for.
