The Importance of Listening to Your Types

There are so many different factors that can impact how a type shows up or how they interpret a person's actions. One of the things that we found was helpful as an extrovert was simply to pause before I jump in and then kind of reiterate what I'm hearing Kyle say. And when you did that, what that really helped me to do was not succumb to the bias that a lot of introverts will have where an alive INTJs have especially if someone is speaking in this way. That creates another whole level of mutual trust and respect between people.
