The Four Core Rights of Culture

The benefits of science refer to the role of science in forming critical and responsible citizens who are able to participate fully in a democratic society. The drafters thought that these rights were necessary because they were necessary for forming the whole human personality. And I would argue, and I do in culture, in science as a cultural human right, that human rights are not perfect. But they are a global, they form a global ethical discourse or language, perhaps the only one that we currently have. So why not use it?
