How to Calculate Your Expected Expenses in Retirement
This is beyond rule four, a tool that helps you visualize where you are in terms of reaching retirement. The formula i'm using is telling me how much i need to save every single month so that i can retire by a set date. And it showed me that i'm actually off track by a couple of years, two and a half years or so. It also upped the annual expenses about five thousand dollars than what i originally anticipated.
