I think some of the same technologies that will be used on the moon could also be used on Mars. On Mars, you might have the benefit of like harnessing some atmospheric effects. Maybe we could collect some of that atmosphere and make a compressed gas that we can blow surfaces off with. That would be hard on the moon because we have no atmosphere.
