I think for the most part that wasn't intentional it's just that stuff has changed over time as more stuff has been added. No one is such a central character that like bridges all the stories so a lot of stuff that he says is I guess on the cutting room floor and yeah to that. Yeah I feel like that was specifically put in there to try to get around and not make only one liarIt's funny we should probably play it I think I think it's a video but it points out all the times that Obi-Wan had said something and then canon has changed to make him a liar. If anyone listening wants to check it out it's pretty funny.
