There could be, we could see an immune complex pattern on histopathology or an anti-GBM pattern where the immunofarescence will stain primarily along the underlying glomerular basement membrane. And those are posse immune, which means we don't see a lot of immune deposits when we stain the glomerular tissue. If our complement levels are low, we can think about underlying infections such as endocarditis and chronic hepatitis C. Alongside infections, there's also autoimmune diseases that can cause hypocompromentemic glomerular nephritis like lupus.
