Otto Is Expecting a Second Wave

Otto is expecting a second wave. It's really tense seeing what's going to come for other cities also. Community places are taking direct community members are talking about taking direct action because it's been so long. This isn't something that the city of ottoa is particularly used to, unfortunately in my lifetime. And so the tions of the futurer pretty jarring. But what's alarming is how successful this occupation was with a relatively small number.
