How to Multitask Effectively

People who have a condition within sort of neurodiversity find focusing on one thing for a long period of time harder because it's just not the way that their brain works. So intentional creative distractions are fine, but multitasking is bad for your brain. The ideas for action that we are about to share are not specifically for people who would identify as neurodiverse. We did recently record a podcast on this with David Pugh Jones and Sam Hu, and I would recommend giving that a listen.
