It's the one bedroom at 948, the two bedroom at 930. Both obviously well below market rent. Let's say just to be conservative, we get 2200 for that three bedroom, the top floor. That brings us up to just over 4000 monthly, $4,078. I ran the deal at a 6% interest rate and shocker. It's not that great. Minus $25,000 for your first year. So basically you're losing over $2,100 a month in cash flow. The 10-year projection starts to look mediocre, but still not great.
