Is There a Difference in Stiffness?

I wish they measured stiffness differently because it was like P to A pressing on a joint back there and isn't like the type of stiffness anyone could feel. That's great. Precious stiffness. It's his thing. Like we're actually measuring how much the joint translates forward, but that's been repeated or actually preceded by studies in the neck and in the knee. Those measures don't correlate either with perceived measures of stiffness. Yeah. Although in IT band, I was part of the problem. You know, I was telling people not to foam roll it a decade ago because it can't become less stiff. yeah.
