Rate Cuts After Great US Bubbles

Grantham said everybody who discounts in can immediately discount him. He's got the day of the first rate cut. For December, 1929 subs are going to draw down in US stock markets. Seventy nine percent after that rate cut. The day of the market trough was three years later, June, 1932. Rates cuts sort of happen closer to the top. Except for one instance of 73 where it, it, it didn't like it actually bottomed right as the first rate Cut happened.
