The Importance of Summarizing Information

I don't think it works for personal knowledge management in any way, shape or form. It's good when you've got a project which has lots of text on it and you need to basically summarize it as a project management tool. That is the only time I would ever use that. The work of summarizing information is to help your depth of understanding around the topic. So I wouldn't say he's saving time. I would say he's choosing not to do the work. If it's worth making a video on, I will. But if it's not, then I won't.
