We're not eating our food system is that's a whole other topic but that's very messed up and we're not eating for sure. We need comprehensive ways of looking at each individual as an individual and not try to put them in a box. You know if you have people that are meditating and doing yoga and they're also eating better then I would say a significant amount of people probably wouldn't need to be on anti anxieties or antidepressants. Not everybody but a lot of people.
