We're trying to experiment now of not allowing anyone on the product team to be responsible for any product related things. The difference between zero product knowledge and table stakes is night and day in terms of how you think about approaching problems. My hope is that we'll end up with a list of something like 15 core competencies. And we can find ways of, I don't know if it's like an internal training course or something to level people up.
