I got two flats recently and I had to put new tubeless tyres on. These altitude hotels that you're seeing people use, right? I reckon it's all smoke and mirrors. So what you do is you stay in an altitude hotel so you can tell the anti-doping that you're at altitude and that's why my blood value is going to be increased. And then they just microdose EPO while you're in there. You don't get detected. You get the good recovery because your room's at sea level and then you get the blood boosting effects of the EPO.
