We bought a property last month that was 32 units for two million dollars. We syndicated it, we took on legal costs. The economies of scale aren't really there. And then, being under two million, the purchase price just is too mall to take on. Those costs, ant yo divided on a per unit basis, or whatever you need that to be. I'm sure it varies depending on the location. Given property in lon in one area might be 50 units, and it could be the cost of ten units in another place.
