Data Quality - What's the Definition?

Data quality is ultimately about whether or not end users can trust the contents of the data that they're using. It could be someone using that data to make a decision. Or it could be somebody building machine learning model on that data making inferences with that data. So there's a really wide variety of ways that data can go right and ultimately leave you in a position with your bad data quality.
