It's extremely competitive. We've had a lot of success finding good web two developers or people who are just strong with our text act, and then introducing them to web three concepts. It's interesting that, you know, this on with how the markets rewarding early participants, the financials behind it. Most of our hires are familiar with entitiesand there's a lot of developers out there who want to get involved in crypto. But most of the time, at least with our hires, they weren't extremely intentivetos before him.
