How to Be a Good Junior Engineer
It sounds like something that's kind of hard to get good at, totally on your own before you start a job. You know, I would suggest getting a good mentor, or somebody you can partner with and kind of help guide you through the process. Pay attention to the other engineers in the room,. How are they addressing problems, how are they coming to the solutions? And really just being more of a listening ear, using your ears, basically, listening to what's going on and being attentive to what's happening in the room.
