The One Thing I Hate as a Manager

As a manager, i always valued employees hat that were themselves. The one thing i hated as a manager was when people would come in for these things, im either pretending to be nonchalant or just being nonchalant case they couldn't be bothered. So yet, think about what it is you're trying to achieve. Think about the person that you're talking to. Because ultimately, these gols are important to you. They will have an impact upon how your performance is perceived, and possibly on your remuneration. And that stuff's important, whether we like it or not.
