He is alleged to have paid $130,000 to Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence about an affair she had with the president more than 15 years ago. Michael Cohen ultimately pled guilty to a number of charges, including confederate campaign finance violations and served some time in prison. And now if this matter does go to trial, it's very likely that Michael Cohen will be a witness for the prosecution in this instance.
