How to Treat a Sunburn
If you have a mild sunburn, I recommend cool compresses. The fat content of the milk is very soothing and drawing on the skin. Also taking an Advil or an aspirin will help bring down the inflammation. If there's any blistering involved, probably call your dermatologist. Can we go back to anti-aging? Yes. Rejuvenation, pro, all the words. What else? So we've got our retinol. We've got our SPF. Is there anything else that somebody who is not going down without a fight in their kit?
