Climbing - Is There a Weight Routine for Climbers?

My fiance does not have an extensive training background and did not really do any sort of high intensityx sise until she started climbing three years ago. She's had a ton of injuries that have come up, shoulders, wrist, back, et cetera. And it seems like just continuing to climb is creating more problems. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
