The Future of AI

There's a certain amount of high-skilled people that will need to be at the top end of it. We're going to run out of those top-level people because there's nobody at the bottom working their way up. If what we're saying is all the easy programming stuff is gone, well, how do you go from a junior engineer to a senior engineer? What's the actual career path there? It might bring us back to the world of internships and mentorships. Those are fraught with issues too because... They are, but the medical field does that.
