Business partner should be removed from the lexicon with immediate effect. Hr needs to unshackle itself as being perceived as the long arm of management in the workplace. People and culture partners need to become an independent, fully independent function within the work place. Scrapping those disciplined grievance and performance procedures which never work,. They never have worked and they never will work. Removing them and replacing them ovenot overarching resolution framework - creating a transformationar culture hub.
