The Risks of Chat GPT
I believe strongly that democracy requires access to true and accurate information. People can make decisions about their lives based on fact. I think one of my concerns would be that the age of misinformation will take a hyper leap forward in exactly the wrong direction because of chat GPT. This is why you have people like Sam Baughton, the CEO of OpenAI at Capitol Hill telling Congress that these things need to be regulated. There's a risk that if you're using these models to achieve that purpose, you fall somewhere below the levels of accuracy that you'd expect. Of course, that's a risk when people do this too.
