Active Record Callbacks and the Dangers Therein

This is sort of not a critical thing, but I think it just helps your reader. It reminds me of the Jim Gaffigan joke where he's talking about a newspaper article and he's like, you ever get to the part where it says continue to page B seven? Not for me. So what do you have to say about active record callbacks? You can kind of paint yourself into a corner by utilizing those too much. This is something that I don't have much experience with on the side of the dangers, because I haven't lived with an application quite long enough for that stuff to come back and bite me.
