I love how you said it's your creative outlet because like that's a true thing. It all comes from passion ultimately. I really wanted to have complete control over the food that I'm cooking and the ingredients that I'm putting into my customers or my clients' bodies. And after setting holistic nutrition in culinary school after undergrad, I just started taking private clients and fell in love with making a huge difference and impact in their life.
