i like making that explicit choice. It's either active or its on hold, and i can put it back at any time. And in general, projects won't have anything show up unless the project itself is active. I'm ok wath making a decision to buy a pounds worth of electrical items a so that when i want to get to that project, it's ok. Ahso it's not exactly a huge investment for these things. But you know what? That's why most people have a garrage full of stuff.
