How Do You Think Mindfulness Plays a Role in Emotional Fitness?

mindfulness is the process of becoming more comfortable being uncomfortable. The idea is that people don't tend to be present in whatever they're doing in any given moment because it's uncomfortable. So at koa, mindfulness is about learning how to tolerate your discomfort so that you can make more intentional choices and become stronger as an emotional being. And once you know what you tend to avoid, then you can take little steps to lean toward it instead of away from it.
