KJ Poladakka: I've always been very interested in doing things that no one else has done. When I joined DBT Labs, the first thing Tristan did was he pulled up Luka and he was like, okay, these are our metrics. We then started to fine tune our metrics,. But it was readily available and it was done in a very clean and consistent way. KJ: Headcount is not something that I can't touch. Like you can see people. Could put names. Put a paste of name, but it shouldn't be hard. And so once we were able to solve headcount, I said, let's solve other processes as well.
