How to Install a Trap Into a Tobl Receptacle?

The trap was just meant to bug into any standard tobl receptacle in the vehicle. It would snap on to the leads that are going up to the battery, usually coveredin in a black plastic. And those will just clip right on top. So wod i reqired, you know, using a wrench or a rachet? Yo, so i have a great autom mechanic.
