How Do You Look After Your Relationships at Work?

i guess it's the amount of time we spend with people at work that makes it a fertile place. I mean, sometimes people ar obviously their worst side at work. But often you see a kind of professional, slick version. And i don't know how this happened with us, but we will go at an issue pretty passionately. We will both start with our own positions, but i'd say 90 % of the time we actually don't end up compromising at a or b. That's like the homork of a great relationship, and especially a great confonding relationship.
