The guild doesn't have the ability legally to stop this from happening, or the financing is not coming from a struck company like the MRC movie with Viola Davis. But for the most part, if there is a struck company in any part of the chain of the movie currently, then it's not getting one of these interim agreements. Down the line, but I think people are anticipating that there will be a deal at some point and then it'll be back to quasi-normal.
