How to Deal With a Spam Problem

I watched Tom give a talk on email octopus. And one of the cool things that he brought up was this problem that you guys had, I think around like the middle of like 2015, or maybe 2016, of growing a lot, but also having to deal with this spam problem. Can you elaborate a little bit on what happened? Yeah, that was that was a frustrating summer. I didn't go out much. That's the moment.
