I started off at almost 50 minutes and I had to course correct on that. If your episode is the same all the way through and there's not some segment shift where people are leaving, then that's an indication that you know what, maybe I should make it 30% shorter because maybe people would actually listen to 100% of it. That's exactly what I do with my show. Most of them had an under 30 minute commute so when I did an episode that was under 30 minutes, they listened to the whole thing.
