Do You Have Faith That It Will Work?

Pai: It could be a net advantage, advantage for people of lower incomes. But it all depends on how we do it. There's nothing more anonymous than cash. You don't need to have a bank account or whatever. And there is some half way in between steps that can be taken. Pai: Do you have faith that it will work? Will the government manage it properly? Or wewill just get raked over the coals by the tech industry, whatever?
