The Third Type Is the Passive Parent
The third type is what i call the rejecting parent. And those are parents who they just don't enjoy children. One client said that am being with her father was like constantly hurling herself against a closed door. That parent is really not there for the child at a deeper emotional level. Even though they might be adored by that child, ah, that parent is still pretty self preoccupied.
