I don't actually think there's a difference, because all that matters is that you get the information. It's not really a conversation. And I think that even if there was a benefit in terms of being able to see a nonverbal communication in person, and if that provided some benefit somehow, I still think that there are so many things you lose out on when you have to attend in person. "It just seems like the tiny benefit that you'd gain from being there in person does not outweigh all of the negatives that you have to deal with," he says.
