The younger you start them with aa non native er, a different language speaking care giver, the easier it is. Now, if you're bringing in a nanny that's a new language at three, four, o, five, six years old, it is going to be harder. Especially the older they get, the more it needs to be attached to something interesting for them. You're not going to sit your kid down with a text book and be like, let's learn french.
