Do You Still Do Something?
Some days when you really feel bad, maybe you don't do a hard work out. You could do something relaxed and easy, but you're still doing something. Even if i'm sick, going for a walk usually makes me feel a little better after i do that. I prefer to still do something, but i just make it ighter. That's my best advice. Just do less. Do it softer. Do it less, but still do something.
