Why You Shouldn't Invest in People
You can always find better use of the money, right? You know, what is 15 k a quarter? What is 20k a quarter? Right? And that's when, when it's small, that stuff hurts. I started resenting it, because i'm like, indoing all this work, and i'm not even getting paid that much. It was really hard for me to have that conversation, because i don't want to be disloyal. But it really wasn't making sense, you know. Not to say that you couldn't have a big exit,. but i'm wondering if you just dig into those details a little bit more for us.
