What's Your Trading Style?

I do a mixture of swing trading and day trading. If i'm travelling or busy, otherwise it's day trading. I don't go more than two trades at a time. So on day trading, i'm trading down to the three minute charts. And all the way from an hour up to the daily depending on how much time i need to myself cool. Do you have any rules around like, if you hit a certain number of losses in an a set period of time? A, you you no longer trade for that dayr that week, or anything like that? Yea, it'sa two losses or 20%. So if i give back 20 % of my games, or
