Women in the New Testament

When i read the bible, i see genesis one, where male and female together are reflecting god's image. So it isn't that the men are getting a free ride and the women are being dumped on. Again and again, the men are just as bad, and much worse actually, in scripture. And then in the new testament, jesus approach to women is quite extraordinary. His welcome of women and his offer of forgiveness and healing to women - these are absolutely central. We have to bring it back to the four gospels, back to the picture of jesus, and say, that's the centre. Now, what's going on elsewhere? There isn't time to
