What Is Gratitude?
Gratitude is the acknowledgement that you've received something of benefit or something of value from others. In gratitude, the brain can work in really two ways: It can either be programmed to see the good in things or it can beprogramed to see the bad in things. You can find success through in gratitude, but it might ruin you in the process. On the other hand, gratitude is inspired by things like curiosity and empathy and connection and creativity and innovation.
