Artificial Intelligence - What's Next?
The social brain hypothesis says our group size is roughly 150 people that we know very well, whereas chimps have about 30 and their brain size is similarly reduced in the same ratio. What would you like to see if you look far down the road that you're on here as a goal? Well, as I speculate in the book, conversation of robots, social robots would be the goal of this sort of work. And I think that's a problem that most AI people look to neuroscience. They don't look to psychology.
