How to Reduce Complexity and Create Simplity
Hire a property manager who will look after those properties. Keep all the properties that are in the same state in the same LLC to maximize simplicity. A trust, I think, will only increase complexity. It'll only make things worse. Joe doesn't see any reason to have a trust unless you're worried about some family member coming after the assets.
