i love the idea of having qualitative customer research being brought more into b2b and even outside of just customer interviews. i think that companies like if you're a 50 million dollar company and you aren't getting insights from customers on your home page, then trying to make a better home page every quarter i think you're missing a boat right now. Your website is basically your store it's like the it's the pre sales department um so that  is super smarts we typically will run very agile and then just do more iterations so that's the that's the process that we've taken. We have 20 people look at the look at the home page and give us all this like comments
