Is the 20th Century Just Too Slow?
I think there is like a point where it is, like, the amount of change coming you can't control. And i do think in some cases, any decision made quickly is going to out perform the right decision made slowly. I don't think it's particularly effective or efficient in terms of icresponding to the same tits of changes happening in that context. But long term, the thing about change is, like change changes, and we don't keep having the same types of change. So i do think th t there's really important values, an peace to centre there wor.
